The eclectic charm of the Henry Miller Library, the magic of the redwoods, and the lush plant life of the Big Sur Coast all came together for this one. Add in the playful attitude of the couple, and we went wild with a roof installation of native yarrow and grasses; a lush, saturated arch influenced by the surrounding redwoods, dripping with amaranth; and special, site specific touches all around, like a personalized crown for Henry Miller’s statuary bust and arrangements growing out of tree trunks.
