Scottsdale Retreat
A three day destination retreat connecting women leaders in marketing. We started with a bold, luxurious registration area and meeting room, moved on to a Desert Stargazing PJ Welcome Party, and closed with a Sofia Copolla ‘Marie Antoinette’ themed dinner. This was a fun one, to say the least!

Desert Stargazing
The prompt: desert stargazing pajama party. The result: Feathery pampas grass towers with jewel tone accents, cacti dripping in pearls, reflective vases with starry carnations, and fun touches in every corner.
The Meeting Room
This was a business retreat after all! But there was absolutely no room for a boring stage, so we brought in reflective chrome spheres and larger than life blooms in bold colors.
Swag shelves with gifts designed to pamper set the tone for the registration area—soft florals and feathery touches for a calm, luxe feel.
Marie Antoinette Dinner
The Sofia Coppola version. And because the shopping scene with tassels and trims and feathers in the hair lives rent free in our head, our flowers got dressed up with feathery butterflies and pink ostrich feathers. And for full Versaille vibes, ornate gold urns dripping with tassels and crystals and pearls. And we couldn’t resist the opportunity to make little faux cakes for our tablescape.
